Human Resources Analysis |

Interactive Consulting is a group of four motivated students, including myself, who were involved in a human resources analysis of Que-Net Media, the premedia company of Quebecor World. This analysis covered the areas of company development, job descriptions, interviewing, orientation, training and evaluations. As a consulting group, we put together a number of recommendations for things that could be done to make the human resources practices at Que-Net Media more efficient. Overall, we found that their human resources were very organized, up to date, and could only find a few areas for improvement. |
